Math-

Lessons covered:

3.7 Area

3.8 Number Models for Area

3.9 Diameter and Circumference

The Unit 3 Math test will be on next Wednesday, November 2 (11/2).

Language Arts-

We will read selections from the Voices reading series this week.

The vocabulary will come from Wordly Wise this week.

The vocabulary test will be next Friday (11/4).

The spelling this week will be "silent -e."

There will be a spelling test on Friday (10/28).

Science-

We will conclude our study of simple machines and begin studying forces and motion.

Social Studies-

This week we will continue our study of the native tribes of Florida (Tequesta).
