Math-

Lessons covered:

4.1 Multiples of Equal Groups

4.2 Multiplication Arrays

4.3 Equal Shares and Equal Groups

4.4 Division Ties to Multiplication

Language Arts-

We will read selections from the Voices reading series this week.

The vocabulary will come from Wordly Wise this week.

The vocabulary test will be Friday (11/18).

The spelling theme this week is "compound words." Eighteen words were given in class, and the students each added two self-selected words.

Science-

We will continue studying forces and motion and introduce the "KNex" building materials.

Social Studies-

This week we will continue our study of the native tribes of Florida (Tequesta).
